If you are in Ashland or nearby, you are invited to join me, Ilene Gregorian, for silent sitting at the Gangaji Foundation lasting about 40 minutes each Thursday at 6 PM, beginning June 26.
In case you don't know, the address is 364 Helman Street in Ashland.
Chairs, backjacks, and cushions will be provided.
There is no need to reply. You can just come, but if you do plan to, please be seated by 6 to minimize distractions.
