In the midst of my divorce, I read the sentences below from The Diamond in Your Pocket, page 224, and it stopped me.

During my divorce, I opened to all the pain, shame, unworthiness, and despair I could find in 4 generations of divorces.

I discovered Self love, innocence and causeless joy.
