The ego is an aspect of our human nature, not the whole of our nature or experience. It is natural for the human body to protect itself in its mission to survive. But when we identify this “I” thought as the ultimate truth of who we are, we stop naturally being ourselves. Rather we become driven by our egoic tendencies.Going to war, or moving against, is the second strategy we will examine. Rooted in a primal rage or anger, it is a body-oriented phenomena.
