I actually experienced what it means to open up and accept myself...
I feel for the first time ever, I actually experienced what it means to open up and accept myself. All these years. especially the last few years, I may have heard and talked about acceptance. Maybe even made efforts to accept others. But during this course, for the first time I could accept whatever is happening in me right now. To really give it attention and open up.
a rich, provocative, and rewarding experience...
The unfolding of "Falling into Yourself' has been a rich, provocative, and rewarding experience. The weave of video interviews, podcasts and questions offered for written reflection was skillfully constructed - and the enforced pauses between sections quashed any impulses to "binge" my way through the material.
I learned to turn and face feelings I had considered "intolerable."
I loved this course. I loved that it unfolded over time. I learned to turn and face feelings I had considered "intolerable."  I learned that opening is simpler than I ever thought, only my past traumas have kept me shut down. I learned that opening is opening my heart. Thank you!
