Here are instructions for installing an e-book (EPUB file) you’ve received or purchased from our website onto various e-reader devices or apps. If you are having issues, please email us at info@gangaji.org and let us know your device or app and its version.

Amazon Kindle (E-Readers & Mobile App)

• Web Browser: Go to https://amazon.com/sendtokindle on your computer or mobile browser, drag and drop the downloaded epub file, then select your target device.
• Kindle Mobile App: Locate the file in your device’s Files or Downloads app, tap Share, select the Kindle app, and choose Save to Kindle.

Apple Books (iPhone, iPad, & Mac)

• iPhone & iPad: Download the file, open your Files app and find the file. Check Recents or look in Downloads under iCloud Drive or On My iPhone/iPad. Then tap the file to open in Books app.

• Mac Desktop: Double-click the downloaded file to open it automatically in Books or drag and drop the file into an open Books window.

Kobo E-Readers

• Connect your Kobo to your computer using a USB cable and tap Connect on the Kobo screen. Open the KOBOeReader drive in Finder or File Explorer, drag and drop the file into the drive, then safely eject your device.

Android, Nook, Google Play Books, & Other Devices

• Google Play Books: Go to https://play.google.com/books in a web browser, click Upload files, then choose the downloaded epub file, to sync it across your Google account.
• Barnes & Noble Nook: Connect your Nook to a computer via USB, open the NOOK drive, navigate to My Files > Books, then copy the file over before ejecting.

• Generic Reader Apps: Open your Android device’s Downloads folder, tap the file, and select your preferred reader app from the menu.
