Our sexuality is a natural and joyous point of connection, and it is also what drives the survival of our species. A great influence on the quality of our affluent lives is how we perceive and how we indulge or deny our own sexuality. As wondrous, enlivening and satisfying as sex can be, it is also a great source of suffering and betrayal.

This month we will look at how we can come to terms with sexual needs and desires and remain true to ourselves.
