Using Zoom
We use the Zoom platform to connect to our Live Online Meeting with Gangaji. This allows you to both see and talk to Gangaji on the same platform. We know new technology can be challenging. Here are our recommendations for the best experience using zoom.
Here are some links to help you familiarize yourself with Zoom:
Here is a link to Zoom’s Support and FAQs.
Note that a new zoom link will be used each month, so it’s important not to bookmark or save the previous meeting’s link. Instead, always go to Your Portal a few minutes before the meeting and click on the “Join Live Meeting” button.
On the Day of the Meeting
Just before we start go to your Member Portal to find the link to our live meeting and instructions if you are calling in by phone.
Speaking to Gangaji
To speak to Gangaji you can raise your hand using the hand symbol at the bottom of the zoom window. Please be sure you are logged with your name in to Zoom so that Gangaji can identify you. If Gangaji calls on you we will unmute your microphone and you will be able to share your report or question. Ganaji will call on you as time allows.
Small Group Sessions
At the end of the meeting with Gangaji we will still have the opportunity to meet in Small Groups. We will give you detailed instructions on how to participate when the time comes.
Using Your Phone
If you can’t download the zoom app on your smart phone or tablet, or use zoom on your computer, you can still call in on a regular phone. However your ability to participate will be limited without the zoom app.
Thank you all so much. We are looking forward to our next meeting and we want you to know we are here to answer your questions.
