Travel about 1 mile and then turn right (north) onto S OAK PARK AVE. Go .5 miles on Oak Park Ave after you cross under the "L" tracks the Ernest Hemingway Museum is two blocks north on the right.

Exit the airport on the expressway I-190, then turn right onto N RIVER RD which eventually becomes DES PLAINES RIVER RD. Continue south about 4 miles and turn slight right onto N 1ST AVE. Go about 1.5 miles and turn left (east) on Chicago Avenue go 2 miles, turn right (south) onto Oak Park Avenue proceed 3 blocks to 200 N OAK PARK AVE.

Go to the CTA station underneath the baggage area, and take the Blue Line to Forest Park. It is important to get a "Forest Park" train and not a "54th/Cermak" train on the same tracks. Exit at the Oak Park Avenue station. Catch a Pace bus or Taxi north on Oak Park Ave to the Museum (about 1 mile)

The only real choice is to take the Chicago-Northwestern (Metra) to the Harlem/Marion station. Out of the station walk North one block to LAKE STREET. On Lake Street take a PACE Bus (309 or 313) to Oak Park Ave. Walk north one block to the Museum.
